Refund & Return Policy

At InVeiled, we aim to provide our customers with high-quality hijabs and excellent service. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You may request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on sale or clearance are not eligible for return.
  • Hijabs that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days via your original method of payment.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
